Information for Visitors

Parking

We do not have allocated parking at WRAP however, there are plenty of parking spots nearby. Please see below our suggested parking locations:

✸ RCP Parking, 44 North Road BN1 1YR

✸ Trafalgar Street Car Park, Blackman Street BN1 4DZ

We also have a bike store on-site where you can safely store your bike, this is accessible via our 82 Queens Road entrance.

Look out for the big yellow door and press the reception doorbell

Washrooms and Toilets

We have unisex toilets on every stair landing. There are also two shower rooms, these are located on our ground floor (next to the bike store) and on our third floor.

Presentations and Video Conferences

We have all equipment on site for you to present or host a video conference.

✸ You can cast your presentation to the screens in the meeting rooms through Chromecast. Alternatively, we can provide you with an HDMI cable and suitable adaptors.

✸ If you are dialling someone in, you can use our Zoom Rooms equipment. The device will be mounted on the tv, allowing you to capture the whole room. Please note: you don’t need a pre-existing Zoom account to use the equipment.

✸ We have a projector in our room Clay where you can present to a larger group. Casting to the projector is done through Chromecast. Please note: you will need Chrome installed as a browser on your device.

To make sure everything runs smoothly on the day, we strongly encourage you to troubleshoot your device with a member of staff prior to the booking date. Also, having a backup copy of your presentation is always a good idea ;-)

Location

We are located just 30 seconds from Brighton Station on 83 Queens Road. Look out for a big yellow door next to Cafe Coho - that’s us!

Accessing the Building

When you arrive at our main entrance (big yellow door on 83 Queens Road), press the ‘Reception’ doorbell and a member of staff will buzz you in.

If you are accessing the building out of hours for a pre-booked meeting or event, the host should be able to let you in.

If you are unable to access the building, please contact the host. Alternatively, you can call Ed on 07944 563006 

Please note: due to the nature of the building, we unfortunately do not have any step-free access.

Finding your Way Around

Did you know that WRAP is made from two buildings joined together?This means we have two sets of stairs running across the building. If you find that a bit confusing, worry not! Both staircases will lead you in the same spaces.

Good to know:

  • Reception is located on the ground floor mezzanine

  • Meeting rooms are located on either the first floor (Clay, Flint, Chalk) or the ground floor mezzanine (The Study)

  • We have two coworking levels located on the first floor and top floor (Loft). Both coworking levels have kitchens where you can help yourself to teas, coffee, and filtered water

In case of an emergency

If you are hosting an event or a meeting out of hours, we kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with our emergency procedures.

If you haven’t been to WRAP before, we’ll ask you to come for a tour of the space before the date of the booking. This will allow us to run through the layout of the building and show you where our fire escapes are located. If you are unable to make it, it may be possible to arrange a video tour - please get in touch with our Meeting and Events Coordinator for more information.
