Early Years Educator - full and part-time, apprentices and qualified

The role:
We’re looking for passionate Early Years Educator's to join our wonderful nursery. The role involves working with children from 6 months to 5 years, providing physical and emotional care and enabling an excellent learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to a high standard of quality within the nursery, including practice, environment and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
Prepare and supervise activities, and support children at all times
Ensure that equality of access and opportunity is provided to all children, parents, staff and visitors
Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, colleagues and visitors
Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures and undertake a shared responsibility for cleanliness and health and safety throughout the nursery
Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by line manager
Qualifications and Skills:
To be an Early Years Educator and part of our team, we would like you to have:
Minimum Level 2 Early Years Childcare qualification
OR - if you are interested in an apprenticeship, we are looking for people with some experience and a keen interest in child care.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures
Experience of the EYFS and using it within a nursery setting
