Matchmaking for the Planet: Creative Solutions for Sussex Nature

Join us on March 12th from 6-9pm at WRAP, Brighton, for an evening designed to connect Sussex-based creatives with organisations working on climate and nature initiatives across the local area.

The night will open with a short introduction to Creatives for Climate followed by a facilitated matchmaking session where creatives and organisations are invited to connect, explore how they might work together, and tackle real challenges.

This is a chance to have conversations about what support is needed, what skills are available, and how creative collaboration can help turn good intentions into meaningful action.

There will also be time to network more informally, alongside a presentation from Western Sussex Rivers Trust on how their recent brand refresh and investing in creative has helped them to build awareness, funding and impact.

Whether you’re a creative looking to use your skills for positive impact, or an organisation keen to collaborate, this event offers a welcoming space to meet like-minded people working towards a more sustainable Sussex.

We’d love to see you there! 💫

Please note: this event is accessible by stairs only.

Matchmaking questions (2 minutes)

To help us match creatives and organisations in the room, we’ve prepared a short form.

You can preview the questions below, and we’d really appreciate if you could fill it in before the event!

If you’re a nature/climate based organisation:

  • What issues/problems are you facing that Creatives for Climate Brighton could help with?

  • What kind of support are you looking for?

  • What could you offer in return for the creative’s help?

If you’re a creative:

  • What are your specialist skills / where would you like to help?

  • What sort of involvement would you like to have? (just for the event, 1h/week, 2–4h/week, 1 day/week, other)

🎟️ Note: This is a free event, please make sure you reserve your spot on here.
