That’s why we created Smart Sharers, our referral invitation for WRAP members, nursery parents, and all the brilliant people who love what we do. If you know someone who’d feel right at home here, we’d love to meet them – and we’ve got a little something to say thanks.

Whether you're here for coworking, nursery, or events, if you know someone who’d love WRAP, it pays to pass it on.

At a glance

  • They sign up, they save — you earn. Your friend gets 10% off their coworking plan for up to three months. You’ll receive a monthly matching credit for three months.


    Includes: 45hr, 90hr, 135hr Shared Plan, Unlimited and Dedicated Desk memberships.

  • If your referral signs a 6 or 12 month lease, they’ll receive 10% off their first three months. You’ll receive a credit of the same amount once their lease begins.

  • If your referral books a space, you’ll earn a credit worth 10% of each of their first three bookings. They won’t get a discount this time – but they will get a great space, and you’ll earn credit to spend however suits you.

Good to know

  • Anyone who’s part of the WRAP community – coworking members, nursery parents, office tenants – or simply someone who loves what we do. If you love WRAP, you’re already halfway there.

  • If you’re part of a team using WRAP – but your company covers the fee – you can still get involved.

    Know someone who’d love the space?

    Ask your fee payer (boss, manager, team lead) how you might be able to share the reward. We’ll issue the credit to whoever pays the bill, but how it’s used can be up to them.

  • You’re already investing in your team – now let them return the favour.

    Encourage your team to tap their networks. Friends, collaborators, that ex-colleague who’s still on the group chat…

    They pass the names to you, you make the intro, and the credit goes to your account.

    You decide how to use it – whether that’s offsetting team costs, saving it for events, or passing on something to the referring team member.

  • You can use your credits toward:

    Your credit is valid for 12 months from the day it’s issued, so there’s no rush to decide.

  • Thinking of booking a meeting room or event space? You won’t receive a referraldiscount, but your friend will get a thank you credit from us , and we hope you’ll love the space as much as they do.

FAQs

  • Anyone new to WRAP – friends, colleagues, fellow parents, freelancers, business owners. As long as they haven’t been a WRAP member or client before, they count.

  • Absolutely. If you refer someone who joins WRAP for coworking, takes an office or books our event or meeting space, you’ll earn credits – even if you're not using the business centre yourself. You can use your credit toward nursery fees, childrens’ parties, future coworking or other business centre bookings.

  • Yes! If you know someone who would love WRAP, you’re welcome to refer them – even if you’re not currently using the space yourself. You’ll still receive credits for any qualifying referrals, and you can redeem them within 12 months toward coworking, offices, meeting rooms, event hire, nursery fees, or children’s parties.

    Your referee will still receive any discounts that apply to their referral – just make sure they mention your name when signing up.

    And don’t forget to get in touch with us yourself so we can create an account and make sure your credits are ready and waiting.

  • Just ask your referee to give us your name when they sign up or book. That’s it. We’ll take care of the rest.

  • Yes – there’s no cap. Refer as many people as you like and build up your credit balance.

  • Each month your referee remains a coworking member (up to three months), you’ll receive a credit equal to 10% of their monthly plan.

  • You can use credits toward:

    Credits are valid for 12 months from when they’re issued.

  • Credits are just for you – they can’t be transferred, but they can be saved up for something great.

  • After each of their first three completed bookings, you’ll receive a credit equal to 10% of the booking value.

  • Yes! As long as it’s within 12 months of issue, you can redeem it toward meeting or event bookings, nursery fees, children’s parties or future coworking. You don’t need to be a current member to use it.

  • That just stops the credits from continuing. Any credit you’ve already earned stays valid for 12 months – but no further credits will be issued after their membership or bookings end.

If you know a family looking for high-quality, flexible childcare in a nurturing, sustainability-minded setting, we’d love to meet them. Once they’re settled in at WRAP Nursery, you’ll receive a £100 credit as a thank you (and their £50 registration fee will be waived).
