WRAP and Sussex Bay invite you to 'Tide and Place'. An exhibition by UK-based artists exploring our relationship with the sea and coastline.

'Tide and Place' explores how we interact, inhabit, narrate and think of the marine environment, both individually and on a collective scale. In the middle of the Anthropocene crisis, how can we reinforce our position as part of nature, rather than apart from it? The exhibition will reflect a variety of mediums, practices and community initiatives, resulting in a dynamic conversation between the self and the sea.

The Connectors Circle is a facilitated, in-person practice space for people who want to build real skill in staying present during difficult, emotionally charged conversations — across political, cultural, ideological, and personal difference. In a culture where conversation often collapses into debate, avoidance, or moral performance, this gathering focuses on how conversations actually function when the stakes are high.

​Join us on March 12th from 6-9pm at WRAP, Brighton, for an evening designed to connect Sussex-based creatives with organisations working on climate and nature initiatives across the local area.

​The night will open with a short introduction to Creatives for Climate followed by a facilitated matchmaking session where creatives and organisations are invited to connect, explore how they might work together, and tackle real challenges.
