These workshops are being run as part of a PhD research project at the University of Brighton. The research is open to mothers and female caregivers, who are interested in exploring conversations around their negotiations of identity and caregiving, and how this impacts their access to work and a career.
The research will take place during the workshop sessions using a method called participant observation. This means that the researcher will be present in the workshops, asking questions during group discussions, joining in conversations, and making observations or notes during the sessions. . For you as a participant, this simply means taking part in the workshop activities as usual.
Participants will receive a £25 voucher for taking part in the 5 workshops.
