Ed | Cofounder
After 20 years working in commercial project management, the time has come for a change! Time to focus on the important things in life and new challenges close to home.
Following a year on the road with his wife and 1-year old daughter in 2018 and the shock of returning to work in London, with the long commutes and reduced family time, an idea started to form that has now developed into WRAP.
Sarah | Cofounder
Sarah lives, sleeps and dreams the design of the WRAP building. Driven by providing members a truly compelling environment to work in, she is obsessed with detail and all things which make a space supportive and inspiring.
Inspired by her recent travels through Scandinavia (effortlessly stylish and stunningly beautiful) Sarah also finds Brighton a source of inspiration and often takes a walk along the beach or a trip to the Dome for a regroup. Since having her daughter Sarah also now has a passion for designing a good life for her whole family.
Beatriz | Meetings & Events
Born and raised in Oporto, Beatriz has moved to the UK to study Media, where she grew her passion for Graphic Design and Feminist Studies.
B is all about finding solutions, whether it's an unexpected challenge or a mysteriously malfunctioning printer, B is there to tackle the situation with a smile on her face, making your work day as stress-free as possible!
You will either find her running up and down the stairs, staring deep into the soul of an Excel sheet or conjuring up magical solutions to meeting room enquiries.
In her free time, B likes to do all sorts of cool activities, like reading or playing with her cats.
Marzena | Head of Early Years
First and foremost, Marzena is a passionate early year’s manager, who brings with her an invaluable wealth of knowledge and experience in child development. She loves the concept of WRAP and is as excited as we are to create an amazing nursery and provide much needed support to working families in Brighton.
After completing a Masters degree in Pedagogy, Marzena has spent her time working in (and managing) a variety of early years settings, from mother and child units in prisons to Montessori inspired nursery. She has completed various courses including: 'Understanding Autism', 'Early Years Teacher Training' and ‘Early Years SENCO Training'.
Nina | Membership & Community
With a passion for creative problem-solving and a hawk-eye for detail, Nina can be found slightly adjusting a painting here, repositioning a plant leaf there or refolding a tea towel for the 10th time -gotta get those creases right!
Nina originally joined the WRAP team back in January 2022 and then headed to London to pursue her creative passion with a master in Visual Communication. The call of the sea was too strong though, and now she’s back!
Outside of WRAP, Nina enjoys scouting boot-sales for anything remotely bizarre or obscure while designing wooden toys in her spare time.
Nikki | Nursery Manager
Nikki has been working within Nursery settings across Brighton and Hove for 11 years, gaining in the process a wealth of experience and knowledge across child development. She has managed and come to understand from within a wide range of pedagogical approaches, including Montessori and Reggio Emilio inspired practices.
As a working mother, Nikki endorsed the mission and ethos of WRAP, allowing her to pursue her carrier and passion without sacrificing precious family time.
