Located just 30 seconds from Brighton Station, we cut down your commute - allowing you to say goodbye to the travel blues and say hello to productive mornings!
Family Friendly
WRAP is Brighton’s family-friendly hub. Downstairs from the coworking space, we have a beautiful nursery and pre-school for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Balancing work and family time has never been easier.
Events and Community
At WRAP, we run a series of dedicated member events. We encourage you to join in as they are a great way to know fellow members and have some laid-back fun after your workday! Get ready for waffle breakfasts, drinks in The Loft, chair massage sessions and much more.
A Beautiful Space
Our spaces are thoughtfully designed with sustainability and wellbeing in mind. We made sure that our coworking floors and breakout rooms are full of natural light and organic materials, greenery, and inspiring decor. Twice a year we curate a display with artworks from local artists - meaning that the space is always changing!
Pet Friendly
You are welcome to bring along your furry friend whenever you like! We have doggy snacks and pet bowls across all our kitchenettes.

Our Story
As working parents of young kids, we were fed up of the daily gauntlet of buses and backseats, constantly rushing back and forth between lives, having to leave one early but still arriving late at the next. We were fed up of missing out.
And our friends felt the same. Even taking kids out of the equation we all asked; where’s the balance?
So we designed a place where all the family can Work, Rest and Play.
A place where hybrid working feels great, where your children can enjoy on-site childcare, where the coffee flows and the vibe is home-from-home.
